Happy Birthday Mandi

Today is Mandi's birthday. I'm really excited because she gets to come and visit me in two days, woohoo!
Being the two youngest in the family we were always dubbed the M&M's and spent a lot of time with each other growing up. She's always been someone that I've looked up to and that's been a really great example to me throughout my life. So I hope you have a great b-day, and we'll party hard this weekend!

Probably one of the few people in my life that could convince me to bow to them in a photo. This was truly an exception, but someone had to play the role of King Arthur.

When Mandi went to BYU London for a semester I went over there to travel and visit, it was so much fun to hang out with each other.

Here we are, it's really sad that I have so few modern day pictures of us together, or even of just her. But I love the pictures when we're little, so much fun.
Just want to say thanks for everything Mandi, thanks for always listening to me complain and offering good advice and being a good role model for me to emulate (although I didn't always do a good job at emulating!). You really are one of the few people I know that is always trying to do the right thing, always trying to make others happy and always trying to keep the peace. Which wasn't the easiest thing in a house full of four girls with intense personalities!
Love ya!

Thanks Megs. I haven't even seen some of those pictures from London. We sure had a ton of fun and it was great to see the pics and remember. I forgot that you went to Winchester with me... Oh well, now that I'm 30, I suppose my memory will start going - it's either that or my pregnancy! I am so excited to come visit and see the fall colors and you and your family!

Such a nice post! Those are fun pictures from the past. It's hard to get sibling pictures together when you're grown up -- everyone is so focused on kid pictures. How fun that she gets to come see you -- enjoy the visit!

I loved this post, Megs! And the closer Mandi's visit gets, the more jealous I'm becoming. You two are going to have an amazing time. Be sure to take lots of pictures & post them for me!!!

How fun to have your sisters visit!! And cute soccer pictures too.

Okay, I just remembered that my sister Summer went to Cancuun like 3 years ago the week before Christmas and it was dang cheap. So maybe flights would be cheap around then. Also the weather is still warm and they came back totally tan! Good luck!
