Happy Easter

Happy Easter!
Talin & Collin ready for church. I really should put Talin in modeling and make a little money off that GQ boy!
Dying easter eggs at our friend Betsy's house. And Collin being goofy for the camera, he loves to make faces at people and cameras.
Easter morning. The boys woke up to their easter eggs being hid around the house. They were very excited. And of course I purchased way more candy than was necessary for two little boys. Now guess who will be eating it all week? Yeah, I already ate half of that chocolate bunny last night!
Talin, the cutie! He is not a morning person, and would have preferred lounging on the couch all morning to going to church.

Collin, once again over at Betsy's home to have dinner and another easter egg hunt. This time they hunted for the eggs they had dyed.

I had to add in this picture of Talin and Caitlin. He made us all aware yesterday that she is now his girlfriend. He's starting early! My lovely egg cake, it was so cute and super easy to make.

And my butterfly cake. I had a lot of fun making these. We certainly didn't need this much cake, but I enjoyed putting them together.
We had a really fun Easter. It's always hard to not be around family on the holidays, but we have good friends out here in Iowa that we enjoy spending time with.

Cute boys! Talin even poses well every time! Hey, at least you only ate half of the bunny instead of the whole thing, that's a plus! Those cakes look way cute, where did you get the idea for them? I'm so not creative!

I'm glad you had a good easter away from family. The cakes are so cute and hopefully the boys will eat most of the cake.

Cute boys and cute cakes! I always buy way more candy than is necessary, too. How does that happen?

I love the butterfly cake. How very adorable. And I'm hoping that's chocolate on it. Maybe that's why it looks so much more Amy-appealing than the jelly-bean-ridden egg (lovely, too, in fact).

And your boys are insanely cute. I miss them. It has really been a long time now, and I'm hungry for us all to get together this summer.
